Refund Policy
We strive to deliver excellent service on every order. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund, what is non-refundable, and how to request one.

Overview
Company360 provides professional IP registration and legal services. Our fees fall into two categories: professional fees (charged by Company360 for our expert work) and government fees (charged by statutory authorities — the Trade Marks Registry, Indian Patent Office, Copyright Office, etc. — and paid on your behalf).
The refund treatment for these two categories is fundamentally different. Please read this policy in full before placing an order. If you have any questions, contact us at support@company360.in before purchasing.
Key principle: Government fees paid to any statutory authority are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the outcome of your application.
What Is Refundable
Professional fees paid to Company360 may be refunded in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within 24 hours, work not started: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment and we have not yet commenced any work on your matter (including document review, trademark search, prior art search, or drafting), you are entitled to a full refund of the professional fee. No government fee can be refunded if already remitted.
- Service not delivered due to Company360 error: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within the promised timeline due to our own error or internal capacity issue (not including delays caused by the government authority, incomplete client documents, or client inaction), we will offer either a re-do of the service at no additional charge or a refund of the professional fee.
- Duplicate payment: If you inadvertently pay twice for the same order, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full within 5 business days of the error being confirmed.
What Is Not Refundable
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
- Government fees: All fees paid to the Trade Marks Registry, Indian Patent Office, Copyright Office, Design Office, or any other statutory authority are non-refundable once remitted, regardless of whether the application is rejected, opposed, withdrawn, or abandoned.
- Professional fees after work has commenced: Once we have started any work — including a preliminary trademark search, reviewing your documents, beginning a prior art search, or commencing drafting — the professional fee for that service is non-refundable, even if you subsequently decide not to proceed.
- Professional fees after filing: Once your application has been filed with any statutory authority, the professional fee for the filing service is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes situations where the application is later rejected, opposed, or withdrawn.
- Cancellation after 24 hours: Cancellation requests received more than 24 hours after payment are not eligible for a refund, regardless of whether work has commenced.
- Outcome-based claims: Refunds are not available based on the outcome of any application — including rejection by a government authority, successful opposition by a third party, or delay by the relevant registry.
- Third-party and translation fees: Fees paid to third parties (local patent attorneys in foreign jurisdictions, translators, courier services, notaries) are not refundable once incurred.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email support@company360.in with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]".
- Include your name, registered email address, order number, the service you ordered, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and assess it against this policy. We may ask for additional information if needed.
- If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Once a refund is approved by our team:

Refunds are processed to the original payment source only. We do not issue refunds to a different account or via a different payment method than the one used for the original payment.
