Refund Policy

Company360 believes in helping its customers as far as possible and therefore we have a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the operational team and Operations team has initiated the process of assignment.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category ( i.e for Trademarks/Copyright and Design Registration Requests).
Company360 team works tirelessly and strives to ensure that the services you avail through our website are delivered timely and to your full satisfaction.
However, you might come across a situation when you desire a refund. In event of such unfortunate event we request you to mention the reason for refund and we will try to refund your professional fees paid to us as soon as possible.

We would like to clarify that only refunds of the professional fees component of the charges paid by you shall be considered for a refund.
If we confirm your request for refund, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein or elsewhere, we will send you an e-mail seeking the details required to refund the amount which may include your Bank Account details such as the account number and the IFS code of the branch in question. Kindly note that it will take us a minimum of about 48-72 working hours from the receipt of all such information to process the refund and initiate the transfer.

No refund is been processed if the service is been provided from Company360 Private Limited and there is a rejection comes from the Registrar of Companies’ side in these following cases:
1. Name given by Client not Approved
2. Documents is not correct
Unfortunately, we can't refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.
Company360 Private Limited processes all written requests for refunds.
Company360 Private Limited will review the entire contents of the client's physical, electronic, and billing file when processing the request. Within five (5) days, our company will send a written response denying the request, requesting more information, or granting the request. The decision as to the response remains completely within the discretion of Company360 Private Limited.
